  • By entering this application to creATP Limited, trading as Psychedelics Design (“Psychedelics Design”) for the Psychedelics Design Awards (the “Awards” or “Event”), all Applicants (referred to as “Applicant”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

    1. Binding Commitment

If I am selected to participate in the Psychedelics Design Awards, I agree, on behalf of myself and my team, to be bound by the Participation and Credentials Terms and Conditions. "Applicant" and "Participant" are used interchangeably throughout.

    2. Application Submission and Review

    • Submission of this application does not guarantee selection for participation. Only completed applications will be considered.

    • Psychedelics Design’s selection decisions are made at its sole discretion and are based on criteria outlined in the application and these Terms and Conditions. Psychedelics Design is under no obligation to provide application feedback.

    • A project or product can be entered in multiple Award categories; each requires a separate application and fee.

    3. Submission Method

    • All information must be entered via the application form only. URL links to additional information/resources are permitted and encouraged.

    • No additional information or edits are permitted after submission. No exceptions will be made.

    4. Access to Submission Materials

    • Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring that judges can access all materials submitted for review. This includes providing accurate, functional passwords for any password-protected websites, PDFs, or external drives. Psychedelics Design strongly encourages the use of direct, unpassworded links to PDFs or webpages whenever possible. If judges cannot access all submission materials due to applicant error (e.g., incorrect passwords, broken links), the judging will be based solely on the accessible information.

    • Physical Copies and Products: Psychedelics Design generally does not accept or require physical copies, prototypes, or models of submissions for judging, display, or exhibition unless specifically asked for by the judges. Applicants are solely responsible for the logistics, cost, shipping, and insurance of physical submissions. The public vote will account for 20% of the final score, with the remaining 80% determined by the Psychedelics Design team, advisory team, and judges. The final selection of winners will be based on this combined score, and that selection will be made at the sole discretion of the Psychedelics Design team, advisory team, awards board, and industry judges.
